Retiring to Floyd, Virginia definitely changed my life. I took classes in painting and was inspired to return to art full-time. There is a wealth of inspirational scenery in the region but even more impressive is the large group of wonderful artists to work with, who really embrace your desire to create and extend helpful support. My choices for the art that I submitted for the Floyd Artist Suite reflect the many aspects of creative activity here in Floyd.
